As demand for high‑efficiency fans grows in the APAC region, we are seeking a Regional Director to lead and accelerate our regional business.

Headquartered in Naestved, Denmark, we operate subsidiaries in Singapore, USA, UK, Germany and the Netherlands, as well as a sales office in India. Our presence in APAC is growing rapidly, driven by increasing demand for energy‑efficient and high quality fans.

Your Impact

As Regional Director – APAC, you will lead and grow our regional business. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Full commercial responsibility for the APAC region, including P&L

• Defining and executing the APAC sales strategy

• Leading and developing the regional sales team across Singapore, India, Thailand and the Philippines

• Direct regional responsibility of few selected major customers

• Expanding and managing our distributor network for the retrofit market, with clear business plans and performance follow‑up

What You Bring

You are a commercial and technical leader who thrives in a hands‑on, international environment. You bring:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field (preferred)

• Experience in the HVAC industry, ideally with fans, AHUs or associated ventilation technology

• A strong track record in sales leadership across multiple APAC markets

• Proven experience growing OEM partnerships and/or developing distributor networks

• A structured, data‑driven approach to sales.

• Strong cultural awareness and the ability to lead teams across diverse markets

• Willing and able to work in Singapore or Malaysia

Context

The APAC organisation will initially consist of 10 employees: 4 in Singapore, 4 in India, 1 in Thailand and 1 in the Philippines — supplemented by a network of local distributors. You will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer in Denmark. The position will be based in Singapore or Malaysia
