Sales Manager - Singapore

We are expanding our presence in APAC and are looking for a motivated Sales Manager based in Singapore to drive growth, develop customer relationships and support our commercial strategy in the Singapore market.
As Sales Manager - you will lead sales activities in Singapore, manage key accounts and collaborate with internal teams to convert market opportunities into sustainable business. You will be responsible for growing revenue, developing distributors, and ensuring excellent customer experience while representing NOVENCO’s technical and service capabilities.
Your Impact
Market development: Identify and qualify new business opportunities across targeted sectors (commercial buildings, industrial, HVAC contractors, consulting engineers and OEMs). Develop and execute sales operating models, market strategies and sales forecasts.
Key account management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Act as main commercial contact for strategic accounts, manage contract negotiations and secure long‑term agreements.
Sales execution: Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation and technical proposal development to closing and handover to Order Handling / Project Execution. Prepare commercial offers, pricing, and tender responses in collaboration with Sales Support and Engineering.
Channel and partner management: Recruit, develop and manage distribution and representative partners; provide training, sales tools and support to drive partner performance and compliance with NOVENCO standards.
Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Product & Commercial, Operations and After‑Sales to ensure customer requirements are met, projects are delivered on time and customer satisfaction is maintained.
Reporting and forecasting: Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and CRM records; report regularly to regional leadership and contribute to commercial planning.
Market intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments; provide actionable insights to inform product positioning and go‑to‑market approach.
What Drives Success
Proven sales experience within Fans, ventilation, HVAC, building services or industrial equipment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in the Singapore market.
Strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex sales cycles and tender processes.
Experience working with distributors, channel partners or agents; ability to recruit, motivate and manage external partners.
Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, capable of engaging with technical buyers, consultants and senior decision makers.
Good understanding of technical products and ability to collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to translate customer needs into viable solutions.
Strong communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
Self‑motivated, structured and results‑oriented with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Valid work right to work and operate in Singapore.

Reporting line and context
The role reports to the Regional Director for APAC and will collaborate closely with other Sales Managers, Technical Sales Support, Engineering, Operations and After‑sales teams. The position is based in Singapore and may involve regular travel within the region.
