At NOVENCO Building & Industry, our facilities, service functions, and workplace environment are critical enablers of operational excellence. We are looking for an Office & Facility Manager who will take full ownership of our premises, workplace services, and facility operations, leading the teams and suppliers that ensure our employees and guests experience a safe, efficient, and professional working environment every day.

This is a key role responsible for the daily operation and continuous development of our facilities across two sites, covering approximately 27,000 m² of buildings and extensive outdoor areas. You will lead both our Facility Management and Service teams while driving improvements that support employee experience, operational reliability, sustainability, and cost efficiency.

Your Impact

• Lead and develop the Facility Management and Service teams, creating a high-performing function that delivers exceptional workplace and support services.

• Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of approximately 27,000 m² of office and production facilities across two sites.

• Oversee building infrastructure, technical systems, maintenance programs, security systems, and vendor performance to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

• Own all workplace services including canteen operations, meeting facilities, office setup, hospitality, and employee service delivery.

• Drive facility improvement, sustainability, and workplace development initiatives that reduce costs, support ESG objectives, and enhance the employee experience.

What Drives Success

• Several years of management experience within Office Management, Facility Management, Workplace Services, Hospitality, or a similar operational environment.

• Experience managing technical building infrastructure, maintenance activities, service providers, and workplace operations.

• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage both operational and strategic responsibilities.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.

• Structured, service-minded, and hands-on approach combined with strong commercial and financial understanding.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Workplace Operations & Facilities

• Overall responsibility for NOVENCO's premises, buildings, and daily workplace operations across two sites.

• Ensure that offices, production facilities, common areas, and outdoor facilities operate safely and efficiently.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and facility improvement initiatives.

• Manage building systems including HVAC, CTS/BMS, utilities, access control, alarms, and fire protection systems.

• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, environmental, and building regulations.

Management of Facility Management & Service Teams

• Lead, coach, and develop employees across the Facility Management and Service functions.

• Ensure effective planning, prioritization, and execution of daily tasks and service delivery.

• Create a strong service culture focused on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Manage staffing, performance, development, and resource planning.

Workplace Services & Employee Experience

• Oversee canteen operations, catering services, meeting room management, office setup, and workplace support.

• Drive initiatives that improve employee and visitor experience.

• Ensure workplace environments reflect NOVENCO's values, culture, and professionalism.

• Coordinate internal events, meetings, and visitor hospitality arrangements.

Vendor, Contract & Project Management

• Manage external suppliers, contractors, and service agreements.

• Negotiate contracts and monitor service levels, quality, and costs.

• Lead facility-related projects from business case through implementation.

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Financial & Sustainability Management

• Develop and manage facility and workplace service budgets.

• Monitor operational costs and identify efficiency opportunities.

• Drive initiatives that reduce energy consumption and environmental impact.

• Support NOVENCO's sustainability ambitions through workplace and facility improvements.

Context

You will lead NOVENCO's Facility Management and Service functions and report directly to senior management. The role is based in Næstved with responsibility across NOVENCO's Danish sites in Næstved.
